holds and processes personal data protected by the aforementioned Regulation.
We remind you that according to the mentioned regulation, such processing will adhere to the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.
In compliance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016, we therefore provide you with the following information. The data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:
- Fulfill obligations required by law and/or community regulations.
- Allow administrative/accounting management of the company.
- Enable the management of purchasing goods and services for business purposes.
- Allow the sale/rental/billing of products and/or the provision of services through direct contact with the customer or via the internet.
- Fulfill obligations arising from the contract between the parties.
- Manage any complaints and disputes.
- Send informational material or commercial proposals, by mail, fax, or email.
- Participate in promotional initiatives of Valente Spa such as educational initiatives, events, etc.
The legal basis for the processing primarily relates to the fulfillment of the contract between the parties, compliance with legal norms, and satisfying a request of the data subject.
The processing will be carried out with the following methods: manual, computer, and telematic, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security prescribed by law.
The provision of data is mandatory for the opening and management of contracts and is necessary to satisfy any requests of the data subject (technical, commercial information, etc.). Any refusal to provide such data may result in the non-performance or partial performance of the contract and/or the non-continuation of the relationship.
The data may be communicated, to execute the contract and the performance of related administrative activities, to collaborators and employees specifically assigned. The data may also be communicated to third parties during the performance of obligations required by law or by the contract in place between the parties (e.g., Public Bodies, Control Authorities, Banks, etc.). The data may also be communicated to related and/or controlled companies, also outside the EU, always within the framework of the provision and/or contract in place. The data will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior and specific consent. The data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU in any way.
Personal data will be stored for the time deemed useful for the performance of the requested service or for the management of administrative activities and fiscal, accounting, regulatory obligations.
